ESMA ने inside information disclosure delay guidelines की समीक्षा पूरी की
ESMA ने inside information के विलंबित प्रकटीकरण पर अपनी MAR guidelines अपडेट और streamline कीं। संशोधित ढांचा 24 EU भाषाओं में वेबसाइट प्रकाशन के बाद लागू होगा.

European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) ने inside information के disclosure delay पर अपनी Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) guidelines की समीक्षा पूरी की। संस्था ने इन्हें updated and streamlined बताया और revised regulatory framework complete किया।
ESMA ने कहा कि revised guidelines issuers को disclosure delay के फैसले में मदद करते हैं। ये legitimate interests की non-exhaustive list देते हैं, जिनके आधार पर delay justify किया जा सकता है।
Respondents
मार्गदर्शन issuers के लिए है। ESMA के अनुसार under MAR, issuers को अपने बारे में inside information as soon as possible disclose करनी होती है।
ESMA ने public consultation के बाद पाँच अतिरिक्त legitimate interests पहचाने हैं। इनमें public authority की ओर से disclosure न करने का अनुरोध, अतिरिक्त जानकारी जुटाने की जरूरत, संवेदनशील commercial information के disclosure से business opportunity खोने का जोखिम, governing body के सदस्य या key position वाले manager की appointment jeopardise होना, और same group की companies से जुड़ी inside information का disclosure शामिल है।
Effective
Revised guidelines ESMA की website पर 24 official EU languages में publication की तारीख से applicable होंगे।
ESMA ने यह भी कहा कि June 2026 से issuers अब protracted processes के completion से पहले उनसे जुड़ी inside information immediately disclose करने के लिए बाध्य नहीं हैं। इसलिए, simplification and burden reduction objectives के अनुरूप, इन processes से जुड़े legitimate interests current guidelines से हटा दिए गए हैं.
