90 reviews from traders across 10 brokers, averaging 4.04 out of 5. Every broker page carries a PipDig editorial score from our own testing; this section carries the score traders give it, and shows you where the two disagree.
Brokers Ranked by Trader Rating
Sorted by community score. 4 of 10 brokers are flagged because the community score differs from our editorial score by half a point or more.
Brokers ranked by community trader rating, compared with the PipDig editorial score
A large negative gap means traders rate the broker well below our editorial testing did. That pattern almost always traces back to something a spread test cannot measure: withdrawal friction, promotional terms that lock a balance, support that disappears when a position goes wrong, or a product that is priced fairly but sold to people it does not suit.
A positive gap is rarer and usually means the broker does the unglamorous things well. Fast payouts, honest incident handling and competent support do not move an editorial score much, and they move a community score a great deal.
Neither number should be read alone. A four-star average across nine reviews tells you much less than reading the one-star review and deciding whether its complaint would apply to how you trade. Use the filters below to read the critical reviews first.

For a year everything was perfect, then a platform outage cost me an open position and it took eleven days to get any substantive response about compensation. The eventual answer was no. Pricing keeps them at three stars rather than lower.
If you trade metals this is close to the best available and the swap-free structure is genuinely transparent. If you want indices, shares or a research desk that covers anything else, you will be disappointed. Know what you are buying.
A pricing feed glitch left one of my orders unfilled and cost me a documented amount. I submitted evidence, they investigated for four days and credited the account without argument. That is the only time I have seen a broker do this and it is why I recommend them.
The account was live in a day but full withdrawal verification took eleven days because a utility bill was rejected twice for being over three months old. Once cleared everything has been smooth. Just do not fund it the week you plan to trade.
If you judge a broker by the trading environment this is near the top of the market. Judge it by the people and it is unremarkable — long queues on chat and no phone line in my region. I stay because my costs are low and my fills are honest.
No negative balance protection is a real risk here
I did not appreciate until I read the agreement properly that I could in principle owe more than I deposited. Combined with copied strategies I do not control, that is a combination I am no longer comfortable with. Closing the account was straightforward at least.
Execution and pricing are first rate and the proprietary platform is fast. I still miss my MT4 indicator library and there is no migration path, so budget time to rebuild your tooling. Two five-figure withdrawals both cleared next business day without a phone call.
Requested at eleven in the morning, in my account by four the same afternoon, three times running. Everything operational here is well run. If they ever add a commission-based pricing tier I would have almost nothing left to complain about.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the community score calculated?
It is the straight mean of every published trader review for that broker, rounded to one decimal place. We do not weight by recency, account size or helpfulness — a plain average is harder to game and easier to audit.
Why does the community score differ from the PipDig editorial score?
The editorial score is our own assessment of spreads, execution, platforms and withdrawals. The community score reflects what individual traders experienced, which is shaped by account size, jurisdiction, strategy and the support they received. When the two diverge by half a point or more we flag it in the table, because the gap is usually the most interesting thing on the page. Every score in this build is illustrative sample data.
What does the verified badge mean?
In a live implementation it would mean the reviewer supplied a statement or account number that matched the broker's records. In this demonstration build it is sample metadata attached to fictional reviews.
Can a broker pay to have a review removed?
No. Our editorial policy separates commercial relationships from ratings entirely. Reviews are removed only when they breach the submission guidelines — abuse, personally identifying information about third parties, or claims presented as fact that the reviewer cannot describe first-hand.
I have a dispute rather than a review. Where should that go?
Use the broker complaints page. It walks through the escalation route that actually recovers money: the broker's own complaints procedure first, then the regulator, then the relevant ombudsman or compensation scheme.
