Requested at eleven in the morning, in my account by four the same afternoon, three times running. Everything operational here is well run. If they ever add a commission-based pricing tier I would have almost nothing left to complain about.

This was a good first account and a poor second one. Without MT4 I cannot run my expert advisors, without raw pricing my costs are triple what they need to be, and the guaranteed-stop premium is dead weight for an intraday trader. Moving on with no hard feelings.

I spent three months on the demo and when I went live nothing surprised me — same spreads, same interface, same fills. That sounds like a low bar and yet the last broker I tried had a demo that was nothing like reality.
Professional (10+ years) · Pro account ·
I visited the Singapore office to sort out a corporate account and dealt with people who knew the regulations rather than reading a script. Retail pricing is unremarkable but institutional terms were negotiable, which is not advertised anywhere.
