Intermediate (1–3 years) · Raw / ECN account ·
For a year everything was perfect, then a platform outage cost me an open position and it took eleven days to get any substantive response about compensation. The eventual answer was no. Pricing keeps them at three stars rather than lower.
Professional (10+ years) · Pro account ·
The test of a broker is what happens when you ask for a large sum back. Mine was verified by phone within an hour and settled the next morning, with no new document requests and no attempt to talk me out of it. That earns the fifth star on its own.
Advanced (3–10 years) · Raw / ECN account ·
The pricing and platforms deserve five stars. I am marking down because the default leverage offered to a new offshore client is dangerously high and there is no friction before you use it. Excellent broker for a disciplined trader, risky for anyone else.
Beginner (under 1 year) · Micro account ·
There is no education to speak of and support answers slowly outside Australian hours. For a beginner that combination is harder than it sounds, even with great pricing. I got there, but I would have got there faster with a broker that explained things.
