Helium Evolution updates Grasslands drilling plan, board
Helium Evolution said Grasslands is advancing toward up to 10 wells, with drilling earliest in January 2027. The company also named Anton du Plessis to its board.

Helium Evolution Incorporated said it has completed 170 km² 3D seismic interpretations across its Grasslands project with North American Helium Inc. The company said North American Helium is advancing surface location permitting for up to 10 wells. Earliest anticipated drilling commencement is January 2027.
The total number of wells will depend on final drilling licences and winter drilling rig availability. Helium Evolution said it will give more details on timing and scope once permitting is complete.

Board changes
Helium Evolution said changes to its board took effect immediately. Philip Hughes and Michael Graham resigned as directors, and Anton du Plessis was appointed to the board.
The company said du Plessis has about 30 years of senior corporate finance experience. It said he was also CEO and a board member of a public lithium company, and earlier held senior positions at several international investment banks.
