CREDIT launches flood relief measures for affected customers

CREDIT said it is offering urgent relief for customers hit by flooding in Bangkok, its surrounding areas and nationwide.

  • Customers in Bangkok and surrounding areas can apply from Sept. 24 to Nov. 7, 2026.
  • Customers in other areas have 45 days from the date they are affected.

Thailand Credit Bank PCL, or CREDIT, said it is standing by customers during the flood emergency and has announced urgent assistance measures. The bank said the move is aimed at easing hardship, supporting liquidity and helping businesses resume operations.

The relief covers borrowers across SME, MSME, retail, consumer and Nano & Micro Finance groups. Eligible customers can apply under the programme.

For Bangkok and surrounding areas, applications run from Sept. 24, 2026 to Nov. 7, 2026. For other areas, customers have 45 days from the date they are affected.

The support measure allows suspension of principal and interest payments for up to two months.
