  • Personal, home and SME retail borrowers can seek lower instalments or principal-only payment periods.
  • Krungsri Auto customers can defer instalments for three months.
  • Krungsri Consumer card and personal-loan customers in affected areas may apply for up to three billing cycles of payment suspension.

Krungsri, the Bank of Ayudhya and its subsidiaries, said the measures cover individual customers and SME business customers affected by flooding in Bangkok and other provinces. The bank said the relief is available through Dec. 31, 2026.

Borrowers

For personal-loan, home-loan and retail SME borrowers, Krungsri is offering lower instalments that cover monthly interest for up to six months, or principal suspension with interest-only payments for up to three months.

Requests can be filed at Bank of Ayudhya branches nationwide or through Krungsri Call Center 1572. The bank said eligibility will be considered case by case under its own criteria.

For SME business-loan customers, the bank is offering lower instalments that cover monthly interest for up to six months, or principal suspension with interest-only payments for up to six months. Customers can contact their relationship manager or call 02-296-6262 or 02-626-2626.

Auto and consumer credit

Krungsri Auto customers can defer instalments for three months. Enquiries go to Krungsri Auto on 02-740-7400, press 3.

For Krungsri Consumer credit card and personal-loan customers, the first measure allows debt suspension for up to three billing cycles for normal accounts in flood-affected areas. During the suspension, interest is still calculated at the normal reducing-balance rate.

Customers who want that measure must register by Oct. 31, 2026 through the Krungsri Consumer card and loan service centre or helpline 02-714-5155. The bank said applications will be reviewed case by case under its terms and conditions.

The second Krungsri Consumer measure cuts monthly instalments by extending repayment periods for all customer groups in flood-hit areas, excluding customers already receiving the maximum help under another measure. Registration is available through the same service centre or helpline.

Insurance

For customers who bought motor and property insurance through Bank of Ayudhya, the bank said Allianz Ayudhya Insurance is providing a special service for flood-hit customers. Details are available on the bank's website or by calling 1292, 24 hours a day.
