WHART touts 7.39% yield as it adds WGCL IDC

• WHART said it has paid distributions for more than 10 years.
• The trust said WGCL IDC will come with a 30-year lease.
• It expects about 0.783 baht a unit in distributions after the investment.

WHART said its latest expansion will lift expected distributions to about 0.783 baht a unit, based on 12-month projections from Oct. 1, 2026 to Sept. 30, 2027. It put the expected distribution yield at about 7.39% a year at the final offer price of 10.60 baht a unit.

The trust said it has paid distributions for more than 10 years. It also said it paid 0.1930 baht a unit in the second quarter of 2026 and received an “A” rating with a stable outlook from TRIS Rating.

WHART said the added asset is WGCL International Distribution Center, a freehold warehouse project near Map Ta Phut port. It said the property will be leased for 30 years and is expected to improve long-term income visibility and cash flow stability.

The trust said the project is a built-to-suit distribution centre with about 99,390 square metres of space on a strategic EEC site at Map Ta Phut. It said the investment is worth no more than 2,507.60 million baht.

WHART said its portfolio will rise to more than 2 million square metres of leased area and total assets above 56 billion baht after the investment. It said logistics and warehouse demand is still growing with supply chain and e-commerce expansion.
