YYForce equity rises $25.36 million as revenue grows

YYForce said total equity rose by $25.36 million, while first-half 2026 revenue climbed 26.8% to $32.7 million.

Revenue

YYForce reported first-half 2026 revenue of $32.7 million, up 26.8% from a year earlier. IFM revenue was $16.06 million, a rise of 11.1%.

Manpower outsourcing revenue was $15.55 million, up 62.4%.

Profit and Cash

The company reported first-half gross profit of $3.3 million and a gross margin of 10.1%. It also posted an operating loss of $5.21 million and a net loss of $7.06 million.

YYForce said net cash from operating activities in the first half was $10.99 million, while financing cash provided was $16.29 million. Cash on hand was $3.08 million as of June 30, 2026.

Equity and Liabilities

Total equity increased by $25.36 million, including an ATM equity rise of $18.55 million. Total liabilities decreased by $12.66 million.

YYForce said first-half operating loss improvement was 32.2% and net loss improvement was 13.8%.
