The lender may convert the loan, including accrued interest, into shares in the company. The conversion price is fixed at DKK 5.16 per share.

The conversion right may be exercised during a 20-day period that starts with publication of the company’s annual or quarterly interim report.

Any new shares issued on conversion will carry the same rights as existing shares. They will be issued without pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders, and Atlantic Petroleum will apply for their admission to trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

The resolution on the convertible loan will be incorporated into the company’s articles of association. The updated articles will be posted on the company’s website.
