The full 67MW is targeted for the second quarter of 2027. Bitdeer AI said A901 will be a third Malaysian hub alongside Cyberjaya and Johor.

Capacity build-out

The campus is planned for liquid-cooled, rack-scale NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems serving next-generation enterprise AI workloads. All megawatt figures in the release refer to critical IT load.

With A901 added, Bitdeer AI said its secured AI Cloud data center capacity totals about 273.5MW across Malaysia, Norway and the United States. It said that is about 78% of its target of up to 350MW for delivery by the first quarter of 2028.

Pipeline

Bitdeer AI said demand for uncontracted capacity across its AI Cloud sites remains strong. It estimated its active pipeline for AI Cloud capacity at more than $10 billion.

Demand for liquid-cooled, rack-scale AI capacity in Southeast Asia is running ahead of what the market can deliver, and customers are asking for it earlier and in larger blocks.

Potter said A901 adds 67MW in a third Malaysian location and widens the set of sites and delivery dates the company can offer customers.
