Catheter Precision to become Flyte Aviation on Oct. 5

• Name change to Flyte Aviation and ticker change to VJET take effect at the open on Monday, Oct. 5, 2026.

Catheter Precision said its board approved a name change to Flyte Aviation, Inc. and a ticker change to VJET. Both take effect at the open on Monday, Oct. 5, 2026.

The company will also complete a one-for-ten reverse stock split. Stockholders approved the split at a special meeting on April 15, 2026.

Every ten shares of common stock will become one share. Outstanding shares will drop from about 21.0 million to about 2.1 million.

The company said there will be no change to par value or authorized shares. It also said the split will not alter any stockholder’s percentage ownership interest, other than the treatment of fractional shares.

Proportionate adjustments will be made to outstanding options, warrants and convertible preferred stock. The common stock will remain listed on the NYSE American exchange, and the new CUSIP will be 74933X 807.

Stockholders do not need to take any action. The company said its exchange agent will adjust shares at no cost to stockholders.

No fractional shares will be issued. Holders entitled to a fraction will receive their pro rata portion of the net proceeds from the aggregation and sale of those shares by the exchange agent.

Flyte Aviation

Catheter Precision said the rename reflects its growth trajectory as a private regional jet aviation business. It said the company, through Fly Flyte, operates a fleet of Cirrus Vision Jets and provides private air travel across the US and select international markets.
