ChronoScale on Thursday said it expanded an existing AI infrastructure customer agreement and signed a new customer agreement. The company said the deals, together with existing contracts and its current deployment schedule, provide for annualized run-rate revenue of $1 billion by calendar Q3 2027.

The company said the achievement and timing of that contracted revenue remain subject to risks and uncertainties. It cited timely deployment and commissioning of planned infrastructure capacity, power and equipment availability, and access to capital on acceptable terms.
Customer agreements
ChronoScale said the two contracts extend its contracted deployment pipeline and expand overall capacity. Chief Executive Officer Cenly Chen said the expansion and the new customer were "an important validation" of demand and the company’s ability to grow with customers.
We view the expansion of this existing customer relationship and the onboarding of the new customer as an important validation of both the demand we are seeing and our ability to grow alongside our customers.
— Cenly Chen, Chief Executive Officer of ChronoScale
Chen said the company now has agreements in place that provide for $1 billion in annualized revenue run rate during calendar 2027. He said the focus is on disciplined execution and delivering infrastructure at scale.
Ekso Bionics sale
ChronoScale also said it completed the sale of its Ekso Bionics business unit. The company said the divestiture will let it focus operations, management resources and capital allocation on its accelerated compute and AI infrastructure business.
ChronoScale said it now operates as an independent public company focused on scalable GPU-based infrastructure for AI training, inference and high-performance computing. It said the business is built to support enterprise and AI-native demand for dedicated computing environments.
