Electra reports US$92,000 ATM proceeds in quarter

Electra Battery Materials said it raised about US$92,000 through its ATM in the quarter to September 30, 2026, and issued 112,676 DSUs on September 30.

Electra Battery Materials Corp. said it generated gross proceeds of about US$92,000 from its at-the-market equity program in the quarter ended September 30, 2026. It sold 150,003 common shares at a weighted average price of US$0.6152 each.

Electra reports US$92,000 ATM proceeds in quarter

The most recent ATM transaction took place on August 28, 2026. Electra said commissions of about US$7,000 were paid on the quarter's distributions.

Employee plan

Under its Employee Share Purchase Program, employees bought 37,341 common shares during the third quarter. Electra bought a matching 37,341 common shares in accordance with the plan.

The program was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting on June 23, 2026. Electra said employee participation included purchases by company management.

Director grants

On September 30, 2026, Electra granted 112,676 deferred share units to its non-employee directors under the Deferred Share Unit Plan. The awards will be settled in common shares when a director leaves the board, subject to the plan's terms.

Program

Electra said its ATM, initiated in late 2025, allows it to issue and sell up to US$25 million of common shares from treasury under an agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC.
