Micropolis gets NYSE American equity deficiency notice
Micropolis AI Robotics said it received a Sept. 29 NYSE Regulation notice on Oct. 5, after the exchange flagged its stockholders’ equity as $2.2 million.
- NYSE Regulation said Micropolis was out of compliance with Section 1003(a)(ii).
- The notice cited stockholders’ equity of $2.2 million as of June 30, 2025.
- Micropolis must submit a compliance plan by Oct. 29, 2026.
- NYSE American will begin delisting proceedings if no plan is filed or accepted.
Micropolis AI Robotics said on Oct. 5 it received a letter dated Sept. 29 from NYSE Regulation. The exchange said the company is not in compliance with the stockholders’ equity requirement in Section 1003(a)(ii) of the NYSE American Company Guide.

NYSE Regulation cited stockholders’ equity of $2.2 million as of June 30, 2025. It also said Micropolis had net losses in three of its four most recent fiscal years ended Dec. 31, 2024.
Under Section 1009, Micropolis must submit a compliance plan by Oct. 29, 2026. The plan must describe the steps it has taken or intends to take to regain compliance by March 29, 2028, and include specific milestones, quarterly financial projections and details of any strategic initiatives it intends to complete.
Micropolis said it intends to submit a plan by the deadline and work with NYSE Regulation on the deficiency.
If NYSE Regulation accepts the plan, Micropolis will face periodic reviews, including quarterly monitoring. If it does not file a plan on time, or if the plan is rejected, NYSE American will start delisting proceedings.
If a plan is accepted and Micropolis later fails to make progress or does not regain compliance by March 29, 2028, NYSE American staff will initiate delisting proceedings as appropriate. Micropolis may appeal a staff delisting determination under the Company Guide.
The notice is not itself a suspension of trading or a delisting determination. Micropolis’ ordinary shares will continue to be listed and traded on NYSE American for now.
NYSE American will identify Micropolis as below compliance on its website and will add a below-compliance indicator to the ticker five business days after receipt of the notice. Those designations will be removed when the company regains compliance with all applicable continued listing standards.
