Bright Minds Biosciences 7-10 अक्तूबर को फिलाडेल्फिया में FPWR Research Symposium और PWS Family Conference में भाग लेगी।

Bright Minds Biosciences Inc. ने कहा कि वह 7-8 अक्तूबर को होने वाले Foundation for Prader-Willi Research 2026 Research Symposium और 9-10 अक्तूबर की PWS Family Conference में हिस्सा लेगी। दोनों आयोजन Marriott Philadelphia Downtown में होंगे।
कंपनी ने कहा कि यह भागीदारी PWS समुदाय को उसकी clinical program के साथ करीब से जोड़ने की प्रतिबद्धता दिखाती है। Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder Ian McDonald ने कहा कि Bright Minds का NOVA study of BMB-101 “is under way” है।
NOVA अध्ययन
Bright Minds के अनुसार BMB-101 को NOVA में परखा जा रहा है। यह randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2a study है।
अध्ययन hyperphagia पर असर, PWS-associated behaviors, और safety and tolerability को 16-week treatment period में देख रहा है। इसमें optional open-label extension भी है।

कंपनी ने एक officer के साथ mutual rescission and release agreement किया है। यह agreement officer के 44,500 common shares के संबंध में prior exercise of stock options को rescind करता है।
44,500 shares treasury में लौटाई जाएंगी और cancelled होंगी। aggregate exercise price officer को refunded की जाएगी, और options अपने original terms पर restored रहेंगी।
कंपनी ने कहा कि कोई अन्य options प्रभावित नहीं हैं।
