Plato Gold Corp. ने 29 सितंबर 2026 प्रभावी अपनी शुरुआती non-brokered critical-mineral flow-through private placement tranche बंद की। कंपनी ने 1,100,000 flow-through common shares 0.05 डॉलर प्रति शेयर पर जारी किए और 55,000 डॉलर जुटाए।
इस Offering की घोषणा 9 सितंबर 2026 को हुई थी। इसका कुल आकार 150,000 डॉलर तक बताया गया था और यह एक या अधिक अतिरिक्त closings में पूरा हो सकता है।
उपयोग और समयसीमा
Plato Gold का कहना है कि वह इस Offering से मिली राशि का उपयोग eligible Canadian exploration expenses के लिए करेगा। ये खर्च flow-through critical mineral mining expenditures के रूप में योग्य होने चाहिए और Pic River Platinum Group Metals Project, near Marathon, Ontario, में exploration activities से जुड़े होंगे।

Insider participation
