Rebrand Takes Effect
Novo Nordisk began using Novo as its day-to-day name on 14 September 2026. Novo Nordisk A/S remains the company's legal global name. The new brand carries an Apis bull logo.
Scale and Positioning
Novo employs over 67,000 people. The company describes itself as the global healthcare company that believes lasting health starts now. Novo has operated for over a century. The rebrand carries the theme "Lasting Health Starts Now".
Culture Programme
Novo Nordisk launched a new culture programme called The Novo Way. The Novo Way sets out a new set of principles that will underpin the company's culture. It comprises four principles, including Customer Obsession, which places consumers and patients at the centre of the company's work.
