The Federal Reserve Board on Monday approved Isabella Bank Corporation’s application to acquire Grand River Commerce, Inc. The deal gives Isabella indirect ownership of Grand River Bank, both of Grandville, Michigan.

The Board also approved Isabella Bank, of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, to merge with Grand River Bank. It also approved branches at the locations of Grand River Bank.
