Fed extends comment period on Regulation O proposal

Regulation O governs the extension of credit by a bank to its insiders, including bank executives, board members and major shareholders who could potentially influence lending decisions.

The Board said it extended the period to give interested parties more time to analyze the issues and prepare comments.
