Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) said it won HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026 for the third time, alongside two special awards. The company said the result came with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards and Sustainable Workplace Awards.

Tanuch Chada, the company’s chief executive, said the awards reflected its focus on employees and responsible business under its “Growing for Good” value. He said the company aims to become the beverage company most loved by consumers in Thailand.

Yosyot Sawatsarintorn, senior executive vice president for human resources and corporate affairs, said the company scored above the average of 323 companies in Thailand that joined the assessment. He said its DE&I score was 4.35 and its Sustainable Workplace score was 4.62, above market averages of 3.92 and 3.98.

The company said its people strategy rests on three pillars: talent, culture and organization. It said the work covers career development, digital learning, psychological safety, cross-functional working and the use of digital tools.

It also said employees take part in sustainability work. The company cited water conservation, sustainable packaging management and the use of 100% rPET bottles in Thailand’s beverage market.

Suntory PepsiCo Thailand said it will continue to build opportunities for employees to learn, grow and unlock their potential.
