Harborstone Capital offers Raw/ECN, Standard, Islamic, Demo, Professional. The choice between them is almost entirely a pricing decision, and the right answer depends on how many lots you trade in a month rather than on how experienced you are.
Raw-spread accounts show a near-zero spread and charge a visible commission per lot. Standard accounts charge no commission and fold the cost into a wider spread. Neither is inherently cheaper; they break even at a particular monthly volume.
Because the commission is fixed per lot, it dominates at low volume. Traders placing a few positions a month are usually better off on the standard account even though the raw account advertises the tighter spread.

Estimate your monthly lot volume, then compute the all-in cost under each model. The account that wins at your volume is the correct one, and it is worth recomputing if your trading frequency changes.
A swap-free variant is available on request. It removes overnight interest but usually substitutes an administration fee, so price it over the period you actually hold positions.

The one that is cheapest at your monthly volume. Raw-spread accounts win at higher frequency; standard accounts win below roughly ten lots a month.
Generally yes, though it may mean opening a second trading account under the same login rather than converting the existing one.
Yes, on request. Confirm the administration fee and any grace period before switching, as that is what replaces the swap.
